As you know, I coach international professionals in social impact to get clear and confident about their next work-life chapter – and take aligned action. I also love writing, reflection and the turn of the new year.

This session is not your standard 'smart goal setting' workshop. It's about crafting a mindful approach to the year ahead. Expect a blend of personal reflection, poetry, sharing, visualization, and a grounding start to the new year. You'll leave with a robust intention and possibilities.

In the 90-minute workshop, we’ll:
1.     Reflect on and wrap up 2023.
2.     Take stock of where you're now.
3.     Look ahead to 2024.
